The Local Planning Agency will be holding a Public Hearings to consider 2 new land use changes.

1. Montura- 150' Deep sand mine off 833

2. Ladeca- 15 acre RV  park special exception 

These changes will affect our Neighborhood safety, peacefulness , and increase all of our taxes without benefit

• Despite the neighbors' concerns, the LPA members approved the project without discussion.
